Efma has been nurturing innovation in retail financial services for over 40 years, by fostering debate and discussion between banking and insurance executives. One particularly important area is emerging markets and local banks - which are extremely dynamic. They face different challenges and bring a new perspective to the issues facing the industry. Their fresh and innovative views provide energizing insights for their peers in both emerging and developed markets. This is Efma’s first Pan-African Retail Banking Summit, our new annual meeting. It provides a forum for delegates to network and discuss innovative ideas with their peers.
