The African Development Bank is co-organizing, together with other members of the Nairobi Framework Partnership (NFP), the 10th African Carbon Forum (ACF) in Nairobi, Kenya, from April 11-13, 2018.

A major goal of the Paris Agreement is to ensure adequate investment and finance for climate-resilient development. The 10th Africa Carbon Forum (ACF) offers a comprehensive programme for project developers and policy-makers on the latest investment, finance and development opportunities relating to climate change, engaging Africa in the global climate finance process. It will focus on how engagement between State and non‐State actors can be further strengthened in the key sectors for Africa (energy, agriculture and human settlements), including the role of future carbon markets to achieve enhanced climate action, towards the goals of sustainable development.

With a comprehensive programme of plenary sessions, workshops, a ministerial section, side events and exhibits, this year, ACF will be part of the first Africa Climate Week.
