Rwanda's inflation rate up by 4.7% year on year

Rwanda's central bank maintained its key repo rate at 6.5 percent, saying the current accommodative policy stance "continues to yield expected positive results," including subdued inflation, improving aggregate demand and rising credit to the private sector.
The number of international hotel chains in the country has grown further this week following the entrance into the local market of Swiss International Hotels.
Rwanda will sell a five-year Treasury bond worth 15 billion francs ($20.24 million) this month, the central bank said on its website.
