The Botswana Stock Exchange has decided to suspend the shares of Olympia Capital Corporation (Botswana) Limited from trading with immediate effect.
"The decision comes as a result of failure by the company to adhere to BSE Listings Requirements despite repeated efforts by the BSE to assist the company to comply." the Southern Africa Bourse said in a statement
The suspension shall not be lifted until the company complies with the requirements of the bourse.
