Leading South African private healthcare provider, Netcare, in partnership with Standard Bank has listed the continent’s first self-labelled sustainability-linked bond on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE).
The shares of Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG ("DKR") (ISIN DE000A14KRD3) were listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") today. The announced secondary listing in South Africa has thus been successfully implemented. The secondary listing is not linked to a capital increase.
South African based Liberty Holdings, and the largest shareholder in Liberty Kenya, plans to increase its ownership in Liberty Kenya from 57% to 73% by acquiring 49.5 million ordinary shares of the listed insurer from KFAMF Sellers and 34.7 million ordinary shares from Coronation Sellers.
