TWO companies were last week removed from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange leaving the number of counters on the bourse at 62.
THE Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) says it will soon complete the demutualisation exercise of the local bourse despite missing a March 31 deadline due to regulatory procedures, an official has said.
The Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) is planning to revive a regulated bond market, which became dormant 15 years ago, in an attempt to diversify avenues through which entities could raise much-needed capital.
Phoenix Consolidated Industries Limited will be removed from the ZSE Official List with effect from 0800 hours on 15 April 2016.
