ArabFinance: Taleem Management Services, CI Capital Holding for Financial Investments’ subsidiary, intends to float its shares in the Egyptian Exchange in Quarter one 2021, according to Al-Mal news website.

     

    It is worth mentioning that Taleem owns Al-Nahda University in Beni Suef.

     

     

    In September 2019, CI Capital acquired 60% of Taleem at a value of EGP 1.2 billion.

     

    CI Capital said that its greenfield consumer finance arm Souhoola received the Financial Regulatory Authority license to operate under law 18/2020. 

     

    CI Capital said it would contribute to the new entity through its indirect subsidiary, Taleem Company. 

     

    The diversified financial services group provides advisory on capital raising as well as mergers and acquisitions, in addition to asset management, securities brokerage, custody, and research through its investment banking platform.
