EGX: e-Finance sets price range at EGP29-36B

e-Finance, the state-owned fintech platform, determined its price range between EGP 29.6 billion and EGP 36 billion, Al Borsa News reported.
The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) approved the mandatory tender offer (MTO) submitted by the National Printing Company to acquire Modern Shorouk Printing and Packaging (SMPP), according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Fawry for Banking Technology and Electronic Payment (FWRY) announced it has acquired a minority stake in Brimore, a social commerce platform, at a value of EGP 15.70 million, according to a press release.
e-Finance, the state-owned fintech platform, announced its intention to go ahead with a public share sale in the fourth quarter of 2021, a statement by the company said.
