Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH) received on March 22nd the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority’s (FRA) registration approval to proceed with a dual listing on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), according to an emailed press release.
The Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) has decided to maintain the overnight deposit rate, overnight lending rate, and the rate of the main operation unchanged at 8.25 percent, 9.25 percent, and 8.75 percent, respectively.
The board of directors of Atlas for Investment and Food Industries (AIFI) approved to list its subsidiary, Atlas Siwa for Land Reclamation, on in the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) for SMEs, NILEX, the company stated in a filing to EGX on March 18th.
Suez Canal Bank (CANA) will distribute 20 million shares at a par value of EGP 10 per each, according to the bank’s statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.
