EGX plans to issue a new disclosure form on a monthly basis for the most important data and financial indicators of the listed companies.

EGX's listing committee approved yesterday two companies to be added to the main market (EGX) and another two to be added to NILEX market for small & mid cap companies.

In light of finalizing NILEX listed companies all their financial and execution disclosure material, the Egyptian Exchange decided to extend its trading hours to be 4 hours starting Monday 7th, October 2013 trading session.

The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) management started addressing listed companies in NILEX to update disclosure of their financial statuses to be announced before the beginning of the next week.  This comes as a step to boost investor confidence in NILEX companies.
