Airtel Malawi (MSE:AIRTEL) on Monday, February 24, 2020 listed as the 15th counter and second telecommunications company on the Main Board of Malawi Stock Exchange (MSE) with the share code AIRTEL.
Airtel Malawi plc (NGSE:AIRTELAFRI, LUSE:ATEL) today, Friday, February 14, 2020 announced the results of its Initial Public Offer (IPO) in which 2,200,000,000 shares were on offer to the public through an Offer for sale of 1,650,000 (15%) and an overallotment of 550,000.
