One of Nigeria’s integrated energy solution providers, Forte Oil Plc, on Monday confirmed the acquisition of 17 per cent of its equity by Mercuria Energy Holdings SA for $200 million.

One of Nigeria’s integrated energy solution providers, Forte Oil Plc, on Monday confirmed the acquisition of 17 per cent of its equity by Mercuria Energy Holdings SA for $200 million.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has enlisted the services of over 15 accounting firms to verify the sources of funds by MARKET operators that complied with the new minimum capital requirement.
As a further testament to its sustainability and corporate social responsibility achievements in promoting a sustainable capital market, The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The NSE or The Exchange), was presented with the “Best Corporate Social Responsibility Award” at the 2015 African Business Awards held in New York on September 23, 2015.
