The Nigerian Stock Exchange has launched the Broker Oversight & Supervision System (X-BOSS). The system, which is the first of its kind in the West African capital market, seeks to redefine the compliance and regulation experience between The Exchange and its Dealing Members.
MTN’s share in stock today 4th December 2015 started with a marked 4.6% decline after the firm announced a negative update relating to the $5.2 billion fine imposed to its Nigerian subsidiary after it failed to disconnect unregistered subscribers within the set deadlines.
