The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE or The Exchange) is pleased to announce the launch of its e-Filing Portal, X-Filing, on Tuesday, 2 March 2021.
To end the week, the local bourse close flat as the All-share Index fell slightly by 0.06% to 40,186.70 points following fifteen sessions of losses over the past 3 weeks. Year to date return and market capitalisation settled at -0.21% and N21.02 trillion, respectively. Investor sentiment as measured by the market breath was negative today, weaker at 0.71x on 15 advancers and 21 decliners.
The local bourse resumed trading for the week on a positive note, as the NSE - All-Share Index and Market Capitalization increased by 0.33% to 40,573.31 points and N21.2billion respectively. Thus, YTD performance advanced to 0.75% at the close of trading.
11 Plc on the 9th of February 2021 issued an explanatory note to its shareholders via the Nigerian Stock Exchange as regards its proposed delisting of a total of 360,595,262 ordinary shares of 11 Plc, currently listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
