Dangote Cement Plc shares gained N605 billion in just a week amid positive sentiment on the floor of the NSE.
The Nigerian Stock Exchange NSE announcethe launch of X-PO, an online platform for the subscription of public offerings (POs) on Friday, December 18, 2020, following the “No Objection” letter received from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The Nigeria Equities market closed higher as reflected by the NSEASI benchmark index which advanced by 1.20% to 37,893.61 points. Year to date return and market capitalization settled at N19.80 trillion and 40.7%, respectively. The positive performance of the market today continues to be driven by buy interest in DANGCEM which notched higher by 6.34% to N245.00.
The local bourse today witnesses a positive run as equities market capitalization value appreciated by 333.80 billion to commence trading for the week.
