On 6 November 2013, the Listing Executive Committee of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius had approved the listing of up to 425,342,317 Ordinary Shares of BlueLife Limited on the Official List of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (SEM) following the amalgamation of Indian Ocean Real Estate Company Ltd (IOREC) with and into BlueLife Limited and the migration of the amalgamated company from the Development and Enterprise Market of the SEM.
The conditions precedent to the amalgamation having now been fulfilled or waived, the date of admission of the Ordinary shares has been scheduled for 08 January 2014.
On the first day of trading, BlueLife Limited will make available 5,000 Ordinary Shares at an indicative price of MUR 9.14.
