Majority shareholders in funerals services company, FSG Limited have announced an intention to buy minorities out of the firm before delisting the company from the local bourse.
African Copper plc today announces that as previously communicated to Shareholders in the Company’s Circular to Shareholders posted on 11 May 2015, the Company has been in discussion with the Botswana Stock Exchange with a view to delisting its Ordinary Shares from the BSE.
