The Egyptian Stock Exchange approved on Wednesday a request filed by Banque Du Caire, one of Egypt's largest and oldest public lenders, to offer its shares through an initial public offering (IPO) with a capital of EGP 2.25 billion covering 562.5 million shares to be listed on the bourse.
The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said in a statement on Wednesday that Banque du Caire applied to list its shares in the EGX with a capital of EGP 2.25bn, distributed over 562.5m shares with a nominal value of EGP 4 per share.
Orascom Development Holding AG: Board of Directors approved the voluntary delisting of all Egyptian Depositary Receipts of the company from the Egyptian Exchange.
Orange Egypt has completed payment for its fourth-generation mobile services licence and submitted the outstanding $242 million it owed the Egyptian government, a company official told Reuters on Monday.
