The memorandum of understanding (MoU) will allow cooperation between the two parties in terms of the development of financial instruments and mechanisms and form strategies to strengthen the position of both stock exchanges at the international level.
Raya Data Center Company is preparing to offer a portion of its shares on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) during the second quarter (Q2) of 2017. The investment bank EFG-Hermes will take over the position of the manager of the initial public offering (IPO) instead of Beltone.
The Egyptian Stock Exchange approved on Wednesday a request filed by Banque Du Caire, one of Egypt's largest and oldest public lenders, to offer its shares through an initial public offering (IPO) with a capital of EGP 2.25 billion covering 562.5 million shares to be listed on the bourse.
The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said in a statement on Wednesday that Banque du Caire applied to list its shares in the EGX with a capital of EGP 2.25bn, distributed over 562.5m shares with a nominal value of EGP 4 per share.
